RGC General Engineering, Inc. is a full service Underground Utilities, Asphalt, Concrete, and Grading Contractor that specializes in new asphalt paving projects as well as asphalt maintenance and repair, seal coating and striping etc.  RGC is a licensed, bonded and insured Certified MBE, SBE & HubZONE contractor.  We are involved wide ranging endeavors from large Government Projects, Property Management Companies, School Districts, Building Contractors and Homeowners.  We also work with large companies and institutions such as SDG&E, San Diego Regional Airport Authority and UCSD.
